GlobalARRK is the only organisation dedicated to supporting parents who are respondents in Hague Convention cases or those needing to return to their home country via Relocation / Leave to Remove. We support around 300 parents each year and are supported by our legal partners to offer a trauma informed and specialist service for survivors of domestic abuse.
With over 10 years of experience and a track record of supporting thousands of parents and working with specialist legal firms we are here to guide you through the complexities of supporting parents dealing with this situation.
Our training courses are specifically designed for domestic abuse organisations, offering a comprehensive understanding of:
- What early steps can be taken to get the best result for your client
- Key legal insights into the Hague Convention including a focus on Art 13b Grave Risk defence
- A clear outline of what support is out there for respondent parents
- How to avoid common pitfalls in supporting parents through this difficult process
By the end of this training, your team will leave confident in supporting parents navigating the complexities of international child cases. The training can be delivered online or in person.
