GlobalARRK is a registered UK charity (UK Registered Charity Number 1170455) since 2016.
GlobalARRK supports parents around the world who have moved abroad and are not able to legally return to live in their home country with their children.

● Any other information you provide via our Contact Form / Survey or in verbal & electronic
communication with volunteers
● Your IP address and browser

Any information we may collect from you may be used in the following ways:
– To help us understand why you have contacted us
– To help us understand your situation
– To contact you to discuss your situation, to provide better support
– To provide you with information you may need
– To link you up with other people in your situation via our peer to peer support groups
– To create statistics to help raise awareness of the issue
– To help us understand what help and support parents require, so we can improve our system and network

Any personal information we collect about you will only be used by our GlobalARRK team. This is necessary, so we can provide you with relevant information and support.
We will under no circumstances share or sell any of your personal information with organisations and third parties unless you have expressly instructed us to do so.

Please note: Should the situation arise, that you or anyone else may be in danger, we are required by law to inform the police.
When we use external companies to collect or process personal data on our behalf we do comprehensive checks on these companies before we work with them, to ensure your privacy is protected.
