Connecting international families with international family lawyers and mediators.
GlobalARRK’s charitable aims include connecting international expat parents with specialised legal professionals to get the best outcome for their family. After an expat divorce involving children it is extremely important to get the best legal advice as soon as possible. We also aim to reduce conflict where possible by recommending parents try mediation first when it is safe to do so.
Last year we passed on lawyer contacts to 100 parents.

We ask each member to make an annual donation, agree to our code of ethics (see below) and also to give a free initial consultation to explore options for the client.
Our Code of Ethics
Lawyers and Mediators working with GlobalARRK all follow this code of practice which promotes a positive and constructive approach to managing family conflict in the best interests of children.
● Encourage families to mediate first where appropriate
● Support parents to achieve legal aid where possible
● Support and encourage families to put the best interests of their children first
● Act with honesty, integrity and objectivity
● Help clients understand and manage the potential long-term financial and emotional consequences
of decisions
● Listen to and treat everyone with respect and without judgment
● Use my experience and knowledge to guide clients through the options available to them.
