Nicola is a mother of two children impacted by Habitual Residency and the Hague Convention – as a
result they live in different countries and negotiate the complexities of living as a separated,
international family. She recognises the unique challenges that face a ‘stuck parent’ and the
devastating impact of the Hague Convention on families and wishes to support those going through
this and with life and relationships beyond court judgements. She previously studied Psychology
working in addiction and harm reduction with adults and young people. She later trained and
practices as a Medical Herbalist and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
